As our visionary leader and chief strategist, Erica is a seasoned fundraising professional with extensive expertise in program and fund development. Her deep-rooted passion for philanthropy has been a driving force since her youth. Erica holds credentials as a Major Gifts Officer and Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE), equipping her with best practices and effective strategies to support causes in fulfilling their missions. Based in Portland, Erica shares her life with her husband and teenage daughter. In her leisure time, she enjoys swimming, exploring the Oregon Coast, and fostering connections among people.

Amie began her fundraising journey in 2014 when she joined Erica in the fundraising consulting sphere. She brings strategies into motion by optimizing tools and technology, streamlining our fundraising initiatives. Amie loves a clean database, a well-edited document, and visually-pleasing reports and invitations. Over the past decade, she’s dabbled in every aspect of fundraising! Nuts and bolts, cross your t’s dot your i’s, Amie is our admin guru! She works remotely in Idaho and lives with her husband and three daughters on their mini-homestead.

With a background in corporate finance, Veronica joined The Cause Catalyst Co team in 2022 to jump into the world of philanthropy and fundraising. Her expertise in project management, processes and systems elevate our fundraising strategies. Veronica is our spreadsheet queen, deadline mastermind and chief cheerleader! Veronica is a mom to three young daughters, loves a good brunch, roots for her Cal Bears, and is passionate about BTS and Blackpink.

Administrative Assistant
London has been part of our team since elementary school, initially assisting with mailers and donor appreciation. Her exceptional administrative skills are now a vital asset to our team. London manages our social media, oversees gift acknowledgments, creates donor reports, and aids with various administrative tasks. She works remotely from Idaho with her family, holds a love for dance, and is a talented artist and musician.
